The conference fee includes: conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, the social dinner (June 23rd), the social aperitif (June 24th), and the possibility of publication of 1 paper on the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
SIDE EVENTS
The dinner on June 23rd has a maximum capacity of 165 participants, and only a few seats remain available.
The social aperitif on June 24th has already reached full capacity. Therefore, participants who registered for the conference from June 13th onwards will not be able to attend this event, as it is no longer included.
Important notes
- All fees reported are included VAT
- If you choose Credit Card payment, you will have a 3,5% price increase due to bank commissions
- If you choose PayPal you will have a price increase due to PayPal commission which can vary from 3.40% to 5.44% depending on your country
- On-site registrations will only be possible with credit card payment
- All accepted papers (oral and poster) must be presented live in Florence
- Accompanying person fee does not include the conference attendance
Cancellation policy
- Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@uit2025.it
- Up to April 7th, 2025: 30% of the registration fees will be charged
- From April 7th to May 31st, 2025: 60% of the registration fees will be charged
- No refund will be processed for cancellations received from June 1st, 2025
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
